As a firm, we initially ventured into diverse sectors, ranging from beauty and content marketing to food and more. These areas continue to be integral to our portfolio, but our primary focus now lies in partnering with interior product companies to elevate their brand and market presence. This strategic shift was driven by our CEO, Nicole Lashae Ben, whose extensive background of over 18 years in the interior design industry, a BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University, and an MA in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design laid the foundation for her remarkable career.
Nicole has worked with renowned international brands, such as Cambria, Koroseal, Lee Broom, and USAI Lighting, among others, amassing a combined revenue generation of over $15 million and earning 24 prestigious sales awards. Her wealth of experience led her to develop the proprietary A&D sales strategy method known as 'ACE The Journey,' which has now become the cornerstone of all our client engagements at Thrive In Design. This method embodies a holistic approach to transforming businesses by putting the customer journey at the heart of every strategic initiative.
