Dear Thrive In Design Community,
Over the last few weeks, we have been celebrating the revamp of our company. Thrive In Design was started as Nicole Lashae Consulting, LLC in January 2019.
When I first started the company, I knew that I wanted to help business create innovative strategies to launch and scale their offers. This year, I decided to revamp the company and create a deeper focus on the interior design industry, which I have been working in since I was 15 years old.
In my teenage years, I loved HGTV and seeing a homeowner's happy reaction when their home was transformed with a beautiful design. I wanted to take part in the impact of improving a person's life through interior design. I went on to earn my BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University and MA in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design. Over the last 10 years, I've spent my career in sales and business development for interior design product manufacturers, primarily in the NYC design market.
With Thrive In Design, I bring together my passion for interior design, design thinking, and business strategy to carve out a special niche in design and innovation consulting. I look forward to the journey ahead and to working with amazing brands in the near future.
